Happy new year

This has been a fab year and I have high hopes for 2012 as well, it has already pre-started great with a new employment, but also with the presentation of EWBC 2012 in Izmir, Turkey – it’s going to be… wait for it LEGENDARY

Here at casa Magnus Reuterdahl the year will end in a series of superb wines and dishes (I hope!) – The menu includes fois gras, lobster soup, roasted duck with truffles and then assorted cheeses. The wine list is Champagne: Diebolt-Vallois 1979, Mountford Pinot Noir Estate 2007, Corton-Charlemagne Pierre André 2003, Madeira Cossart Gordon 10 yo and at least one more bottle, possibly a Chenin Blanc from South Africa. I hope this is the recipe for something magnificent🙂
